T-CUE is the Spanish acronym of ‘University-Business Knowledge Transfer’, a project launched by the Regional Government of Castilla y León in the framework of the Regional R&D and Innovation Strategy of Castilla y León 2007-2013, and specifically within the University-Business Strategy of Castilla y León 2008-2013.
The first stage of T-CUE (the so called, T-CUE1) was co financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the ERDF Operational Programme of Castilla y León 2007-2013.

T-CUE1 was launched in 2008 and it was developed throughout 2008 and 2009, involving the Knowledge Transfer Offices (KTOs) of the 5 largest universities in Castilla y León:
After the conclusion of this stage 1, the remaining three universities joined the T-CUE Network which was consolidated as a key actor of the regional innovation system (T-CUE Network). The Network is coordinated by the Universities Foundation of Castilla y León.
